When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your email address, shipping address, and payment details. You agree to ensure that all information you provide is correct and up to date. Please notify us immediately if you believe there has been an error with your order.

We currently ship to Arizona only. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within the state of Arizona. Orders placed with a shipping address outside Arizona will be cancelled and refunded within 7 business days.

All UGO Foods LLC products are made in a home kitchen with care and attention to quality. As a cottage food operation, our products are not inspected by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure.

Our products contain or may contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts), peanuts, coconut, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Product ingredients are listed on each product page — please review them carefully before purchasing.

Cross-contamination warning: All products are made in a shared home kitchen. While we take care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens. Equipment and surfaces may come into contact with nuts, gluten, and other allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend contacting us at ugofoodshelp@gmail.com before placing an order.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from allergens, whether disclosed in our ingredient lists or due to cross-contamination. By purchasing our products, you assume all risk associated with food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming our products. UGO Foods LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices without notice. All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue products at any time.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized payment.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UGO Foods LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UGO Foods LLC regarding our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
