We ship all orders from our facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days โ $7.00 (FREE on orders over $50!)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
UGO Foods LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Please note: Orders placed with a shipping address outside Arizona will be cancelled and refunded within 7 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you need assistance tracking your order, please contact our customer service team at ugofoodshelp@gmail.com.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. UGO Foods LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
No Returns
We do not accept product returns. Our snacks are packaged in a way that makes it impossible for us to verify whether an item has been opened. Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong products, or when your order never arrives. See our Refund Policy for details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
